Role Description :

Hence, it is important threats that can potentially impact our staff and infrastructure are identified, qualified and actioned upon. Crisis Management specialist will work closely with the Leadership, Business and Shared service teams. The individual (s) ensure that potential risks are understood, addressed and deviations reported proactively thus maintaining healthy BCMS culture at the region level

This is an SME role responsible for providing strategic direction in the field of Business Continuity, Crisis Management, Disaster Recovery and Compliance to the relevant standards.

Responsibilities :

- Gathering intelligence of potential events through live satellite imagery, social media platforms, analysis of available media reports, trends etc.

- Providing threat intelligence to determine potential risks and threats to the business.

- Providing 24/7/365 days coverage in a follow the sun model including weekends and holidays to monitor, qualify and share timely intel, risk assessments and potential situation reports

- Perform initial incident investigation to be used by the Security Operations Team for event investigation and situation management

- Serve as the communications hub for Global Security Services through the coordination of assistance to the business over the phone, e-mail and in person to ensure effective and timely resolution when incidents occur.

- Manage global incidents, emergency notification systems, escalation notifications and help coordinate follow-up actions across a dispersed team during emergencies and major business interruptions.

- Prepare and contribute to the ongoing effort of providing timely risk assessments and situation reports to various business lines and stakeholders across the enterprise.

- Schedule, lead and organize stakeholder incident management calls as necessary.

- Administer and support the delivery of business and employee crisis response and emergency communication activities to include the use of emergency notification systems.

- Assist in the establishment of methodologies to solve analytical problems when raw unfinished data that contains information gaps and requires validation.

- Deliver metrics and measurements supporting program evolution and validation.

- Provide support and participate in crisis mitigation and after-action reporting.

- Contribute to the development of the Global Crisis Intelligence and Management Team's role within the enterprise-wide risk management framework (policy, standards, SOPs, playbooks, escalation protocols, etc.)

- Act with integrity in all matters. Ensure complete understanding and compliance with the Concentrix Code of Ethical Business Conduct guidelines and applicable law

- Stay current with industry best practices by participating in internal and external forums/ conferences as needed

Accountability :

Accountability at CNX Global/ Region (s) level for :

- BCM/ Crisis Management/Disaster Recovery SME support for the identified Region(s)

- Crisis management for Globe/Identified Regions

- Safety of Concentrix Staff and Continuity of Services for all Concentrix locations within the identified span.

- Engaging effectively with the region teams right through the lifecycle of a crisis incident

- Alignment to the global BCM practices defined in line with the standard ISO 22301 and ISO 22320 and certification in line with the standard (as applicable)

Qualifications :

- 6 - 12 years of relevant experience in Business continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management

- Ability to communication across levels within the organization

- Knowledgeable of global/local BCP and Incident Trends

- Experienced in BCM life cycle

- Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

- Demonstrated report writing ability

- Master's degree;

- Equivalent experience

- Flexible work schedule and readiness to travel internationally

- Fully bilingual in respective country's language as well as English

- CERTIFICATION(S certification desirable: CBCP/ CBCI/ISO 22301

Salary : Max 13-14 LPA
