Experience : 5-12 years

Qualification : CA/LLB/CS

KRA'S :

- Extensive knowledge on FCPA- Foreign Corrupt Practices Act

- Must be a very good communicator and confident and Smart

- Must be conducting training's and willing to give training's in his role at Amazon

- Basic knowledge of UK/ US Bribery

- Must have sound understanding of legal research.

- Must have very strong expertise in dealing with stakeholder management.
