Compliance Role - NBFC/BFSI (7-10 yrs)
Role: Compliance
Experience : 7 to 10 years in Compliance related activities with NBFC or BFSI Sector
Education : CS / MBA or CS/ LLB
Location : Mumbai
Job Role :
- Liasoning with various Regulatory, Statutory and Government bodies for approval updates and ad hoc requests /query;
- Liasoning with Registrar of Companies to ensure timely filing of required forms with MCA;
- Having knowledge of PMLA Regulations, Anti Money laundering Act/ Rules and law relating to FATF Reporting;
- To Highlight alleged violations of RBI Rules and Regulations applicable to NBFC's and recommend procedure for corrective action
- To Prepare and provide Compliance Report on regular basis;
- To Handle Regulatory audits and inspections, to co-ordinate with internal auditors, statutory and regulatory auditors;
- To Ensure all periodic and ad-hoc regulatory filings are submitted correctly a with regulatory authorities within prescribed time limit;
