Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist the Group Head in delivering Central Compliance Framework for the Indian and offshore asset management business

- Be a Subject Matter Expert either in AIF/PMS Regulations

- Monitoring and surveillance of day to day compliances for asset management business across the group

- Engaging with consultants and lawyers and coordinating complex projects to conclusion

- Manage the internal and statutory audit process independently

- Provide guidance on complex and grey interpretations of Indian and international laws.

- Assist in special projects like new licenses, acquisitions, new business set up.
