Qualification and Experience:

- 5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC and Lending space and having exposure to Business Loans.

- Must be a CS + LLB from a reputed institute with a good academic record.

- Possess relevant secretarial experience, preferably with a lending company or in the NBFC/BFSI sector.

- Excellent knowledge of all the corporate laws including Companies Act, RBI compliance, etc.

- Highly driven and motivated individual with the ability to get hands-on where required.

- Possess good interpersonal skills and maintain cordial relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Should be professionals of high ethical standards and work diligently to complete their duties, keeping in mind the objectives of the business.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

- Outstanding drafting skills and strong negotiation skills.

What you will work on:

- Should be well-versed with the compliance guidelines and controls for all regulatory requirements including RBI-related compliances, SEBI, Companies Act, etc.

- Should be responsible for enforcing regulations in all aspects and levels of business as well as guiding compliance matters.

- Liaison and deal with auditors and regulators from time to time.

- Should keep abreast with the latest regulatory changes/ requirements and adhere to such requirements

- Prepare compliance reports for the Management.
