Experience: 8.0 - 12.0 Years

Must-Have:

- Working in any Insurance firm

- 5 years in Compliance Management and Operations in Insurance

Qualification : CS, B.Com Graduate (Accounting and Finance background)

Experience :

- Minimum 8 years out of which at least 5 years in Compliance Management and Operations in Insurance

Business Outcomes :

- Analyze Insurance regulation risk based upon the Regulatory Risk Assessments

- Liaison with IRDA

- Prepare practical work programs that effectively test compliance with the applicable regulations of the operations

- Conduct compliance reviews to determine the effectiveness of the compliance program in an effective and timely manner

- Assess and challenge whether the control framework meets regulatory expectations

- Track the status of issues identified during reviews, assess the actions taken, and ensure they remediate the risks

Skills/Competencies :

- Conducting compliance testing or audits within Insurance companies, broking, financial services

- Experience and working knowledge of IRDA regulations

- Knowledge of insurance products, processes, systems, and controls

- Highly effective at identifying compliance risks, determining root causes, and recommending actionable solutions

- Excellent analytical, communication, and report preparation skills

- Manage time effectively and meet deliverables

- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel

- Capable of dealing with conflict and achieving solutions through negotiation
