KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Compliance Officer oversight for the IFSC- GIFT operations of Marcellus

- Work closely with the Central Compliance Team to develop compliance framework for IFSC-GIFT business.

- Operations support for the client onboarding and client life cycle.

- Handle operational issues raised by the Fund Administrators with respect to client accounts.

- Regulatory interaction management with IFSCA.

- Managing the compliance reporting with IFSCA and all other relevant jurisdictions

- Drive Internal Audits with an independent external audit firm and ensuring implementation of outcome of such reports.

- Drive Insider trading related framework and compliance.

- Designing and conducting trainings as required under IFSCA.

- Support under secretarial matters, as required.

- Compliance review and approvals of marketing materials

- Support Central Compliance on Group level initiatives.

FUNCTIONAL & BEHAVIOURAL KNOWLEDGE:

- Exposure to Financial Services Sector (BFSI) companies and Regulations

- In case there is no exposure to BFSI, experience in company secretarial or legal work in other sectors.

- Great Team player

- Good ability to articulate and reason.

INTERACTIONS: Works independently and with the team; Will interact with Finance, Risk, Operations, IT,Digital and Investment teams as well as Auditors.
