Compliance Officer - BFSI Sector

Designation: Compliance Officer

- Responsible for day to day operations of the FME and Fund incl. but not limited to review of fund NAV, compliances, liaising with auditors, undertaking middle-office functions, responding to investor queries,

- Liaising with third party service providers such as auditors, fund administrators, RTAs, counsels and so on.

- Trading in Indian securities through empanelled brokers for and on behalf of funds managed by the Company including liaising with brokers for order placement, modification, settlement or any other reason as may be required from time to time.

- Serving as a member of IC to contribute, record, document IC meetings.

- Represent with regulators and investors in a systematic manner

- Keep pace with GIFT city requirements and compliances to the regulations therein, implement them in fund and manager entities.

An experience of at least five (5) years in related activities in the securities market or financial products including in a portfolio manager, broker dealer, investment advisor, wealth manager, research analyst or fund management.
