Compliance Manager - CS - AMC

One of our clients, A leading MNC AMC is looking for a right candidate for the below mentioned position.

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

- Drafting and updation of Scheme Information Documents (SID), Statement of Additional Information (SAI) and Key Information Document (KIM) of the Schemes of Mutual Fund

- Preparation and compilation of various periodical compliance reports being submitted to Board of Trustees and SEBI

- Updating of various Compliance policies

- Coordination with other departments for audits, implementation of policies, compliance reports and other day to day activities; insurance cover of AMC, Trustee Comp any and MF

- Holding and conducting Board Meetings / Shareholders Meetings (extra-ordinary and annual general meetings) in compliance with Companies Act, 1956 (Drafting of detailed Agenda, Action Points, Minutes) of AMC, Trustee Company, Audit Committee Meeting of the Board;

- We are looking for qualified CS with relevant experience.
