Compliance Leader/Operation Manager - eCommerce/Online

Title : Compliance Leader/Operation Manager

This is a key strategic role in Company strategy for growth to be a dominate company on a global scale. Incumbent will be located in our Bangalore, India office and will be building a compliance organization that will allow it to scale.

Roles and responsibilities :

- Candidate should responsible for ensuring that products listed on the website comply with the company standards.

- Experience to ensure that vendors or sellers comply with legal requirements.

- Candidate will work the product compliance teams and identify compliance requirements and work closely with the tech teams to automate processes wherever possible.

- The ideal candidate will be able to identify and articulate a strategic vision backed by data and critical thinking.

- The candidate will have the leadership to build cross-company support for that vision and the ability to execute on it.

- The ideal candidate is most likely to come from a company involved in high volume retail product sales. Previous experience with Vendor related intranet systems as well as offshore outsourcing experience is preferred.

- Experience in Operational efficiency in retail compliance processes and supply chain management.

Educational Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in business, science or related discipline is required. MBA and/or advanced degree is desirable.
