Job Description:

The role of Compliance Leads based in Chennai and reports to the Director of Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Create metrics and monitor for issues

Identify metrics to track in each process

Monitor the metrics tracked on a regular basis

Identify issues or deviation and liaise with relevant teams to identify root cause

Identify compliance risks and chart out mitigation plan

Pass on the risk mitigation plan to business

Monitor implementation for error fixing

- Sign off policies and procedure

Review the policy for the business

Work closely with the stake holders to update the policies

Identify new policy requirement

Maintain the latest version of policies and procedures

- Compliance review of business cases

Compliance review of the business cases provided by the team

Identify compliance issues and escalate to business

Compliance sign off and follow up on implementation

Escalation of issues

- Training and evaluation

Create training and evaluation materials

Conduct training

- Conduct compliance reviews and audits

Identify areas for compliance review

Conduct detailed analysis on business implementation

Identify gaps from regulatory and customer journey aspects

Escalate to the business of such gaps and create reports

Continuous monitoring
