Compliance Lead

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Maintain oversight of all regulatory developments in the NBFC/Banking/Payments related businesses to proactively manage the potential regulatory risk

- Translate applicable requirements to Company's context and educate internal stakeholders

- Setting up internal compliance reviews and assessment

- Becoming primary POC for RBI, helping coordinate with other regulators, and the industry overall

- Ensure adherence to regulations and internal policies by closely working with all the stakeholders

- Helping the organization with industry best practices and develop a point of view on all regulatory matters

- Ensuring all relevant disclosures
