Hiring for the role of Compliance Governance
Strategic/ Managerial Responsibilities:
N/A
Core Responsibilities:
- Apex Management Committee Meetings
- Coordination of Governance AMCOM Meetings which are held at least once every quarter and arranging special meetings as and when required.
- Review and finalization of the Agenda & Invite which will be sent to members of Apex Management Committee invitees.
- Review of the Minutes of the meeting which will be published to the Apex Management Committee members within 14 working days post the Apex Management Committee meeting.
- Preparing summary of the minutes of the AMCOM which would be presented to the ensuing Quarterly Audit Committee of the Board.
- Central Policy Repository (CPR)
- Review of all policies uploaded in CPR and preparation of annual consolidated note to the Policy
- Approving Committee of the Board.
- Ensure that the Department concerned renews and updates the policy in the Central Policy
- Repository before the renewal date to avoid escalations.
Compliance Training:
- To coordinate with YES School of Banking on preparation of annual Compliance training plan.
- To coordinate with HCM on Training Need Identification.
- Review for adequacy of the various training modules (e-training and classroom training) developed for imparting the Compliance culture across the Bank
ACB / Board submissions:
- The incumbent will be responsible for preparation of all ACB/Board notes pertaining to Compliance Operations and RBS activities.
- Compliance Monthly / Quarterly not.
- Responsible for preparing the Monthly and Quarterly note of Compliance function of the Bank. A monthly report on the position of Compliance risk will be put up to the MD &CEO and top management by the Chief Compliance Officer. A brief report on the Compliance function will also be placed before the ACB/Board, as the case may be, atleast on a quarterly basis.
Risk and Compliance Culture Assessment:
- Driving the Risk and Compliance Culture across the Bank by coordinating with all BUH's/SUH's to identify at least one specific parameter (measurable) that would be driven as a mission and atleast one parameter (measurable) that would have Zero Tolerance in their respective Business Unit.
- Managing the quarterly MIS and dashboard.
Risk and Internal Control:
Responsibilities:
- Reviewing current and proposed information systems for Compliance with the Bank's strategy.
