Compliance Associate - LLB/LLM

- understanding the existing IT Infrastructure and inside vulnerabilities

- conduct internal audits across the departments

- Ensuring regulatory laws and compliance

- optimizing audits, Regulatory, Legal, Risk & IT compliance along with the Contract Management ability

- reviewing, restructuring and drafting new/old functional policies

- Developing Risk Management strategies

- Conducting and Executing the compliance

ELIGIBILITY:

- B.Com/M.Com with LLB/LLM are preferred

- Having a core experience of 6 - 15 years

- Can join within 60 days as maximum

- Should be only from Compliance, Legal & Audit background

- Should be qualified from renowned institutions/ organizations
