Job Description : - Regularly advising clients on the notifiability of transactions. - Advising on a range of competition law issues such as the implications of commercial agreements, joint ventures and strategic alliances. - Reviewing documents and factual research for existing cases and for investigations. - Working on matters pertaining to allegations of abuse of dominance falling under Section 4 of the Competition Act. - Reviewing commercial policies/commercial documents of clients and their proposed actions for advising them on issues of competition compliance. - Drafting and reviewing documentation, demonstrating familiarity with precedents and market standards. - Candidates coming from National Law University would be preferred.
