The candidate is responsible for managing the end-to-end responsibilities in building, managing, enhancing and fulfilling skills as a competency head across various technologies for ATM horizontal (Application Transformation Management) at global operation.

The primary responsibilities include

- Planning and executing competency development in focus

- Continuous skills enhancement, reskilling, training and upskilling consultants to be appropriate and ready for the future business growth

- Defining, developing and enhancing competency for - Target State Role-

- Creating assessment framework, skills plans, continuous assessments, re-skilling, certification and enhancement in the skills to arrive productivity improvement and build Full-Stack developers in the organization

- Identifying, incubating and developing new skills in line with the business forecast / requirements

- Fulfillment and single point of ownership to ensure qualified consultants are allocated to the business / project requirements across verticals

- Ability to understand the technologies, enhance complementing skills

- Recruitment support - Hiring, assessments, automation and onboarding employees

- Career development, connect with consultants, bench management, reskilling bench consultants

- Vendor development - for training, subcontract, tools, assessments framework and industry bodies

- Relationship with Product, tools technology vendors - partnership development for skills, training, seminars, pocs and tech development

- Work with all the stakeholders (customer, account team, delivery team, competency team, operation team, Revenue assurance team) with an objective to improve the fulfillment objectively

Qualification

a. BE/BTech/MTech/MCA

Experience

a. Minimum of 12-15 yrs of experience with extensive development, implementation, services delivery, project management for large scale ADM engagement using Java / .Net / Open source platform with atleast 3-5 experience in Competency development, proven experience in reskilling, training, skills development with full assessments, certification and expertise.
