Compensation Consulting

The general purpose of the role is to work with project teams in :

- Providing rewards related data, design, advisory services to clients.

- Ensuring delivery as-per prescribed quality and timelines.

- Managing client relationship in the capacity of team member.

- Assisting the team in delivering the desired result.

- To contribute to thought leadership in the GI sector for India

- Work as a people manager and improve team engagement

- To mentor junior associates in the consulting team, and provide support on content and project management, while helping in capability development

Background Required :-

- Preferably premier B school (2008/09)

- Compensation & Benefits/ Rewards experience is a must (min 4 years)

- Ability to manage internal and external clients, build rapport and credibility.

- Solid computer skills, including good knowledge of Excel, Powerpoint and other MS Office applications.

- Proven ability in coordinating and liaising with multiple parties within and across geographies.

- Candidate should be location ally mobile(as in open to work across locations)

- Preferably from BPO/ITES companies

- Should be independent in project handling.

- Sales oriented

- Business Savvy

- Thorough comp knowledge
