Job Description :
We are looking for a resources in HR with around 4-5 Yrs of exp in Corporate HR at who has worked in Compensation & Benefits profile
1. Designing, Overseeing and Implementing compensation and benefits programs
2. Monitoring salary structures, balance staffing needs with cost controls, and help ensure that policies, procedures and programs are in alignment with the organization's overall strategic objectives and HR vision.
3. Benchmarking compensation and benefits packages, creating policies and procedures, monitoring the payroll interface to ensure compliance and data integrity
Graduate with MBA HR from a reputed institute with 4-5 years relevant exp in this area.
Note : Looking for only female candidate with Education Criteria as 60 % & above.
