The role requires client interaction and coordination, at a team member level along with design of client solution, and creation of presentations, with high focus on quality.
Desired:
- Post - Graduate degree - MBA in HR from a Premier B School 2011- 2013 batches.
- Candidates with a background in a E-Commerce, Pharma, FMCG would be preferred.
- Analytical Ability (should be comfortable with numbers).
- Positive & high energy
- Strong written and spoken communication & interpersonal skills
- Prior exposure to Compensation Benchmarking Surveys and Large Industry Compensation Surveys
- Willing to travel to Client location.
