- Responsible for execution of Rewards programs to drive a pay for performance Variables - Guide and provide expertise to HR & Business managers on Rewards matters and ensure smooth execution. - Ensure employees compensation & benefits are align with the statutory requirements and local labour laws. - Benchmarking pay structure, pay ranges and other benefits as per the market study. - Develop and analyze market reports to determine competitive positioning. - Prepares compensation and benefits budget. - Responsible for designing of job descriptions and job evaluations. - Apply job evaluation techniques to ensure internal &amp; external parity of the roles. - Evaluate Benefits practices &amp; programs through research, surveys and analysis of benefit trends for India and other markets in the region. - Maintain C&amp;B related MIS for India and report as and when required.
