Job Description:
- Compensation Philosophy, Total Rewards Framework Design & Implementation, Salary Benchmarking, Annual Base Pay, Variable Pay & Incentive Planning
- Employee Benefits Management
- HR Analytics/Dashboard
- Responsible for budgets approvals for annual increments, rewards, benefits etc.
- Annual Increments across locations
- Increment data: This helps the management for a better understanding of future increment budget, compare with the market(comparators), trends
- Attrition analysis
- Analytics on quality of hire
- Analysis on current compensation structures to implement any change in government regulations (Options to find the most cost effective structure)
- Responsible for all policies or processes related to compensation and benefits
- Responsible for external market compensation data from various sources (Market Intelligence, Participating in the Salary Survey's)
- Responsible for complete offer management
