Our Client, one of India's Leading and Largest technology-based Securities Firms which offers a wide range of financial services including brokerage, financial product distribution and investment banking and focuses on both retail and institutional clients is seeking suitable Compensation & Benefits HR Professionals (C&B) at their Office at Turbhe (Navi Mumbai)
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Manage annual compensation and performance reviews process
2. Manage career progression plans and monthly compensation reviews for frontline sales
3. Track Productivity and prepare monthly/quarterly/annual productivity analytics for senior management
4. Manage compensation surveys
5. Conduct compensation benchmarking across roles/departments with the industry
KEY SKILLS REQUIRED :
1. Strong analytical bent of mind
2. Ability to comprehend large data and work out stories on it
3. High degree of ownership and ability to work independently
4. Excellent excel and power-point skills
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE :
1. Tier 1/Tier2 college Full time MBA. 2016/2017 passout
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in C&B team. Should be good at number crunching and excel sheets
