Job Description - Compensation & Benefits

Overall accountability of delivery, prioritization and escalation across all teams. Design, build and communicate Total Rewards programs, policies, processes and practices that deliver long term HR strategy and support business goals. Conduct internal and external market research and analysis to plan compensation and benefits and ensure its relevance, competitiveness and affordability.

- Develop, communicate and administer competitive total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, retirement, engagement and other work experience programs, that are cost effective and consistent with labor market trends and organizational objectives.

- Ensure compliance with all governmental regulations related to compensation and benefits programs.

- Provide leadership to and direct supervision of total rewards team members through effective coaching and performance management.

- Designing and implementing the Total rewards framework for the organization

- Lead major external benchmarking projects for a variety of global HR strategy and compensation, benefits/pension design initiatives which impact HR strategies across all workforces and all geographies

- Market competitive analysis and monitoring current salary structure and comes out with effective strategies for retaining the talent.

- Getting market insight to design and review policies and Benefits.

- Ensure that compensation practices follow current legislation.

- Compensation & Benefit Benchmarking on Internal and External parity

- Manage the Stakeholders and vendors.

- Manage the Payroll function : Monitor and guide the team in execution of all payroll and HR compliance related activities

- Monitor PeopleStrong's total rewards programs (pension, benefits, compensation or equity) to ensure compliance with applicable laws, standards, and work council agreements

- Support implementation of new (or key changes to existing) programs and processes,

- Finalize overall Total Rewards Management budget requirements

REQUIREMENTS :

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resource Administration or other related field.

- Prior Human Resources experience preferred, including significant experience in the design and implementation of complex compensation and benefits programs.

- Strong written and oral communication skills.

- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel and Outlook and experience using Human Resources Information Systems.

- Attention to detail, ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with all levels of employees and managers.
