This position is part of the compensation and Benefits team that is responsible to drive Agile rewards framework for South Asia (India), ME and SSA region .
- The role is responsible for designing and implementing the Compensation practices, Benefits interventions and wellbeing initiatives that can help to maintain a competitive compensation & benefits position in the market.
- Practices that facilitate compensating staff on a fair and equitable basis in accordance with the company policy aligned with the market trends. Provides research, analysis , metrics for development of comp & Ben strategies with focus on FMCD, energy and GCC sector .
- Handle C&B matters in an effective and accurate way to ensure the compliance of legal requirements and company policies; ensuring company C&B practices are in line with company pay principles and meet business requirements.
Years of experience: 5-9 Years
MBA is a must
