Key Responsibilities:
- Reports to India C&B Head and functionally and will lead the India compensation programs in an individual contributor capacity
- Designs salary structures and pay ranges based on job matching and market benchmarking
- Obtains data and runs both standard and ad hoc reports on a monthly, quarterly and as needed basis. Identifies ways to measure and report total rewards and organizational effectiveness.
- Gathers data from market-based compensation surveys; uses spreadsheet and data analysis techniques to assess results and market trends.
- Conducts compensation market analyses as required for requested positions and preparing data and completing / submitting selected compensation surveys
- Maintains Job Catalog and creates new positions and job codes as necessary
- Works with larger Corporate Rewards team on a variety of projects including program design, budgeting and implementation and providing analytical support of these projects.
- Manages and administers end to end merit increase and promotion cycle for India
