Employee Compensation and Benefits We are looking for a candidate from premiere institute who is specialist in handling compensation and benefits for one of the reputed client at Mumbai Education/Experience :&nbsp; - 5 years work experience as a compensation and/or benefits analyst, or HR professional position. - Bachelors degree/Mastersdegree in Human Resources or Business or equivalent work experience. - Compensation/benefits certification preferred Skills and Abilities :&nbsp; - Working knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) - Understanding rules and regulations affecting benefits /compensation - PC skills in a windows environment and technically savvy in HR systems - Strong written and verbal communications skills - Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills - Working knowledge of wage and salary management, performance appraisal and job descriptions programs
