Experience: 7 -10 years post qualification

Location: Gurgaon

Role:

- Responsible for the execution of the global compensation & benefits strategy.

- Responsible for developing local compensation & benefits policies.

- Responsible for governance of local compensation & benefits plans for this geography, in partnership with Global compensation & benefits team.

- Partner with the countries in the design of pay at risk and retention programs.
