Job Description :

Design and deployment of C&B programs at a global scale

C&B policy Formulation & deployment at a global scale

C&B benchmarking, budgeting, evaluation, impact analysis, solution and implementation

Deployment including creating appropriate business cases

Data inputs on various HR process and system improvement proposals

Recommending process improvements and innovations.

Analytics and reporting

Assist in key /strategic initiatives within the Practice

Skills required -

Design and conceptualization ability

Good knowledge of analytical tools and techniques

Program Management and Change management

Team management skills
