- 2 Years + domain experience within Compensation & benefits. Experience in hi-tech or telecom industry will be an added advantage

Looking for candidates from Premier B school - 2010/2011/2012 batches with rewards manager.

- Exposure in using compensation & benefits assessment/evaluation tools and methodologies (e.g. Mercer/ Hewitt etc.),

- Possesses exposure in job matching and survey compilation.

- Familiar with compensation and benefits analysis

- Independent thinker and willing to collaborate contribute and support as part of a team

- MBA / Equivalent from reputed institutes preferred
