Job Description - As a Compensation and Benefits Leader , you will lead the development and implementation of innovative compensation strategies, with a focus on designing Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs), conducting thorough compensation benchmarking, and creating engaging incentive programs.

Description

1. Design and implement Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) that attract and retain top talent while aligning with our business goals.

2. Lead compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure salary and benefits packages remain competitive within the industry.


3. Develop and manage incentive plans that drive employee performance and engagement.


4. Create and maintain job levelling and salary structures to ensure equity and fairness in compensation.


5. Analyze market trends and stay current on best practices in compensation and benefits to continuously improve our programs.


6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective execution and communication of compensation and benefits programs.


7. Provide guidance and expertise on compensation matters, including salary negotiations, promotions, and career development.


8. Lead and mentor a team of compensation and benefits professionals to deliver outstanding results and provide career growth opportunities.


Profile

- MBA is a must from Tier I B schools - XLRI, TISS, SCMHRD, IIMs

- At least 8 to 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management, with a strong background in consulting organisations or startups.


- In-depth knowledge of ESOP plan design, compensation benchmarking, and incentive plan development.


- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.


- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.


- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and senior leadership.


- Exceptional project management skills and the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
