We are currently retained by a leading startup to hire a Compensation & Benefits Lead for them. This is a managerial role and requires someone with the right experience and expertise in develop and implement C&B strategies for the company.
You will be responsible to administer and manage company's employee C&B . You would be responsible for Interaction with operational leaders in different business verticals to understand relevant comp ranges.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing a comprehensive benefits package to meet the needs of a changing workforce
- Evaluating the costs and benefits of wellness programs, life and long-term care insurance, and employee assistance programs
- Planning, developing, evaluating and communicating techniques for compensating employees
- Evaluating job positions for classification, status and salary requirements
- Advising management on resolving benefits issues
- Assisting employees by explaining benefits and appealing decisions made by insurance companies
To fit the bill, you must be :
- MBA in Human Resources from a good school/college only
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR with at least 5 years in C&B
- Strong understanding of various benefits programs in market, Latest trends, Cost benefit analysis, benefits design and implementation is preferred
- Exposure to statutory benefits and retirement programs
- Strong startup and FMCG background needed
Please note this role needs someone with strong understanding of C&B and has worked in a startup environment.
