Compensation & Benefits - IT/ITeS

About the Client:

Our client is a US based leading provider of services & technology solutions, headquartered in Bangalore in India with a headcount of 5000+ employees and presence in around 4 major locations in India.

Responsibilities:

- Manage Compensation and Benefits for the India Operation; would include compensation planning, participating in compensation surveys, benchmarking organizational compensation band with industry levels, propose desired positioning, calculate payroll impact, roll out recommendations

Requirement:

- The candidate should be a graduate from a Premier B School with 3 to 12 years of experience in managing compensation and benefits. (IT/ITES experience preferred)

- Should have strong communication, exemplary analytical skills, expert execution capability and high degree of customer centricity & situational fluency.

Shift Timing: 01.00 pm to 10.00 pm
