Responsible for extending compensation & benefits consulting to the BUs on all compensation related matters and help them manage their cost effectively
Compensation Planning and Budgeting
- Responsible for drafting policies & processes for e.g. Penetration in new geographies, Global benefits dossiers etc.
- Launch Compensation philosophy globally and implement Compensation module for the Organization.
- Handling projects related to the compensation and benefits policy of firms.
- Managing the complete process of a survey that encompasses not only the operational aspects of the project but also the content / data analysis that helps the Organization.
- Compensation Benchmarking, formulation & updation of pay ranges, process automation,
- Design & implementation of incentive pay plans, global mobility based compensation, budget review and creation of models for comp. Reviews, corrective plans and MIS systems.
Key requirements:
Work experience - 3-4 years
Excellent communication skills and advanced excel knowledge. Graduates from a recognized university.
