EXPERIENCE: 6 to 8 years of relevant experience

COMPETENCIES:

- Be confident about gathering facts, statistics, and making financial calculations for planning and other uses.

- Have good organising skills and be able to develop plans, policies and forecasts.

- Be able to work as part of a team.

- Be able to work accurately, with good attention to detail.

- Be able to use databases.

JOB DESCRIPTION

- As a compensation and benefits manager, he will be responsible for annual Compensation & benefits review through company sponsored Compensation & Benefits surveys.

- Responsible for maintaining competitive base pay structures & salary ranges, make recommendations regarding appropriate compensation levels & incentive plan.

- Assisting Head – HR in Job Evaluation, leveling exercises and decision support for long term incentives.

- Responsibility for developing, implementing and administering organization’s rewards and benefit policies. This includes salaries and bonuses, together with employee benefits such as pensions.

- He may also be responsible for life Insurance, profit-sharing, company cars and medical insurance, relocation and expatriate packages.

- Monitoring the organisation's salary structure and benefits, balancing cost control with the need to attract and retain staff.

- Researching and analyzing competitor's salary rates and benefits.

- Evaluating different jobs to ensure that differences in pay are fair - and perceived to be.

- Making recommendations on changes to pension and insurance schemes.

- Developing and implementing competitive new benefit packages, ensuring they're in line with legal requirements.

- Prepare Recruitment Annual Budget for all the departments.

- Ensure Statutory Compliances.

- Designing of pay plans by keeping in view of the existing Income Tax rules.

Salary for Manager will be around 9 lakhs / for Sr Manager around 11 lakhs. However, for exceptional candidates salary will not be a limiting factor.
