Key Responsibility Areas

- Manage all compensation processes, tools & controls: Annual pay planning cycle, One-off compensation changes, Variable Compensation schemes, commission schemes, etc. for North America

- Benchmark compensation through surveys – Job mapping, data collation, submission, result analysis, recommendations etc.

- ESOP administration

- Drive the automation of compensation tool and seamless integration with existing systems.

- Partner with onshore HR teams on compensation issues and work on variety of special compensation related projects as needed

- Handle the Executive compensation & variable payouts.

- Develop strategies to effectively manage the expat compensation

- Handle compensation audits and process compliance

- Manage analytics to audit comp compliance, program results, cost etc.

- Provide advice to the business on state by state compensation costs and related legislative matters

- Provide advice to the business on compensation trends in the market to ensure we maintain a competitive position relating to compensation

- Develop clear communications to the business in relation to compensation matters.

- Work with the Global business units to develop a global approach to Compensation management

- Devise strategies and implement processes for all immigration related compensation matters

- Devise strategies and manage issues relating to exempt / non exempt roles

- Liaise with payroll, immigration & other teams

Skills:

- Experienced North America Compensation specialist who has worked at all levels from data to strategy

- Detailed understanding of North America Compensation related issues: Exempt / Non Exempt testing, Geographic wage analysis, State legislation, etc.

- Expertise in Immigration related compensation

- Expertise in Market related compensation, data and analytics

- Ability to translate a compensation strategy into clear and transparent business communications

- Strong executive level interface

- Applied and deliverable orientation with experience in both project and operating roles

- Highly detail driven with emphasis on accuracy, coupled with ability to see broader picture.

- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects & priorities at once

- Ability to create tools & models to interpret & analyze data.

- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills

- Excellent analytical skills

- Highly proficient in MS Excel & Power point
