Role Purpose:
- The jobholder is responsible for supporting the Performance & Rewards strategy, particularly on the Rewards and Employee Benefits work-streams.
- The jobholder provides expert advice and guidance on development, implementation, and review in the areas of Performance management, Rewards, and Benefits
- Experience in Compensation Design, Planning, program delivery and knowledge in compensation and benefits and overall human resource management
- Well rounded knowledge of financial services performance and reward practices in global organizations in areas of expertise
- Support matrixed decision making for relevant Performance & Reward decisions
