- Work: to do analytics on a set of data and ability to make trends and comparisons

- Handle confidential data

- Work to produce good graphs and represent data in meaningful way

- Understanding of compensation is needed or else it is too tough to make a - outcome-

- Stats + maths background is very helpful + Compensation exposure in some way .

- Exp range : min total 5-6 yrs worked, but no other requirement, MBA is needed or Msc STATS
