Key Responsibilities and Outcomes :
- Benchmarks jobs against survey data and other market intelligence to determine strategically competitive compensation ranges for each position.
- Work with Talent Acquisition team to close offers with relevant insights on fitment of candidate in a role and recommend remuneration accordingly
- Manage consultant contracts including contract issuance and required renewals
- Managing salary database and manpower budget for all geographies
- Participate in planning & administration of annual Total Compensation review exercise
- Provides analytical support and data analysis on projects and human resource metrics
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Education, Competencies (Knowledge, Skills & Behaviour) and Experience
- Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree. Master's degree in HRM/Finance desirable
- 4-5 years of relevant experience. Demonstrated knowledge of compensation practices with proven ability to partner with cross-functional teams
- Fluent in English communication
- Expert knowledge and use of MS Excel & MS PowerPoint
- Strong work ethic proven by accountability and the ability to exercise discretion and confidentiality
- A natural problem solver and critical thinker, with an eye for detail and recognizing trends; aptitude for translating data or complex findings to senior leaders.
