Urgently looking for -Inside Sales Manager / Senior Manager

Overall Purpose of the Role: Develop new business via established channels and mass communication, identify potential clients in the target segments and supporting sales team in building and cultivating prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-ups in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.

ROLE DUTIES & REQUIREMENTS:

- Work with Client Solutions Head & Sales to identify target companies to sponsor syndicated Programmes research and events for Compass group.

- Work on creating a framework on inside sales/pre-sales strategy and Compile target lists and verify with Lead Inside Sales

- Conduct direct mailing & Calling campaigns to identify prospects

- Follow-up by phone to solicit feedback and qualify interest

- Set meetings for outside sales team to pitch

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Essential:

- Excellent Communication Skills

- Proficient in Research and Lead gen methodology

- Process Oriented / Adheres to timelines

- Good analytical skill

- Financial Markets Understanding

- Comfortable picking up the phone to qualify and pitch mid-senior level marketing contact

- Keen interest in business, marketing and current affairs

- Goal oriented and used to working in an environment where evaluation is based on meeting of activity and as well as financial metric

- Graduate/PG - Preferred Hotel/Hospitality/ Food services/Hospitality background

- 5+ years of inside sales and max upto 8 years of total Exp.
