Manager - Shared Services

Compass Group is the largest B2B contract food & support service company in the world with FY22 revenue at GBP 30 Billion, servicing 5.5 Billion meals per year across 40 countries and 55,000 client locations.

We are looking for Manager - Shared Services based out of our Head Office at Gurugram to manage the end to end lifecycle of the employees.

Key responsibility areas:

- To manage the entire life cycle of employees from the time of joining to exit

- Carry the onboarding and the integration of the new employees.

- Manage the personal file for the new and existing employees

- Create and execute guidelines for the new joiners and prepare employee Handbook for smooth onboarding.

- Design SOPs for various stages and process in the Shred Services vertical.

- Automate the process and ensure seamless integration in HRIS.

Must have :

- Master's degree in HR

- 6+ years in HR Shared Services

- Hands on experience on good HRIS

- Excellent Excel Skills

- Comfortable with data, analytics
