Compass Group - Manager - Ethics & Compliance

- We are looking for a seasoned, decisive and inspirational Ethics & Integrity ("E&I") manager/senior manager to support and contribute, as a member of India's Legal department working closely with Finance and Audit, in continuing to embed Compass' E&I programme underpinned by our comprehensive Code of Business Conduct. In this spirit, you will help to foster an integrity-driven culture that enables Compass Group India (CGI) to effectively manage its ethics and business integrity risk and support organizational growth opportunities and priorities.

You will have day-to-day responsibility for continuing to embed and evolve our programme in collaboration with Compass Group E&I Team; striving to ensure that employees, partners and third parties working on behalf of CGI, conduct and engage in business in an ethical and compliant manner. You will interpret and react timeously to internal issues raised through the local and global speak up channels and adopt a remediation approach to prevent reoccurrence.

- Taking a hands-on approach, you will help raise awareness of risk areas, advise, offer guidance and recommend practical solutions, to help proactively navigate dilemmas.

Reporting to the CGI General Counsel, you will be responsible for:

- Leading, directing and overseeing the CGI E&I programme implementation and workplan;

- Supporting with strategic inquiries and policy reviews including in response to updated regulatory guidance or applicable laws;

- In collaboration with other CGI colleagues and the Group E&I Team, ensure all core eLearning training and annual compliance certifications are assigned and completed;

- Providing guidance and training to CGI management and colleagues on E&I matters;
