Compass Group - Bid Manager

We are looking for Bid/Commercial Manager from hospitality industry for our Finance team in Gurgaon Corporate Office.

Key responsibility areas:

To deliver efficient Commercial Support during the

Bid Process including:

- Accurate & timely Bid Model completion

- Ensuring all aspects of the RFP/RFT are costed

- Preparing Group Approval requirements

- First time right bid input management

Accurate & Timely Production of Bid Model:

- Bid Model preparation

- Obtain and update Bid Model Assumptions on a regular basis

- Offer solutions to enhance project performance

Reporting:

- MAP Reporting for New Business Wins & Pipeline

- Review of project actual financial performance against contract.

Assisting Internal & External Stakeholders. Including but not limited to:

- Supporting Approvals process (Internal & Group)

- Facilitate Proposal Management, Plan completion, distributed and timelines met
