Planning, installation and maintenance of legal monitoring within the Regulatory Framework and Designing, maintenance and administration of internal control process/procedure at each stage of information exchange. 3. Responsible for liasioning with various Statutory and Regulatory authorities to ensure timely compliance (preparation and maintenance of records), filing of returns, disclosures, reports and obtaining various approvals etc. 4. Responsible for Conducting meeting of Board of Directors of the Company, Board of Trustees of the company, Board of Directors of the company and Shareholders of the company. 5. Liasioning with Company Lawyers, auditors and tax advisors for ensuring compliance. 6. Lead and direct team members, including hiring, training, and career development. Assist with budgeting, rewards and recognition, performance management, coaching, and mentoring. Oversee team projects and communication. 7. Foster courage to take risks, and accept new challenges to achieve goals. Bring projects to completion and unite team under a shared vision, mission and purpose. 8. Encourage conflict resolution helping people seek mutual benefit, increasing group momentum. Help people understand problems, resulting in targeted solutions; and promote better communications, leading to successful problem solving. 7.
