Company Secretary & Senior Legal Manager - Manufacturing/Telecom/IT (12-15 yrs)

Job Responsibilities:

1. Work as the Company Secretary of the Company and handle statutory compliance of its affiliate. Responsible for general law compliances of the Company.

2. Enforcement of compliance strategy of the Group in the Company, as well as advisory and interpretation services in relation to and SOP as required.

3. To take lead, consult, defense the Company in civil, criminal litigations, proceedings, to lead legal support in government investigations.

4. Coordination with the external consultants from time to time to solve disputes, better manage the compliance issues.

5. Drafting, vetting, negotiations and documentation of various contracts and other legal & commercial documents. Proactively identify risk exposures and propose mitigation strategies.

6. Liaising with governmental officials on compliance matters. Represent company and other senior officials of the Company in front of the Judicial/Quasi Judicial/ State authorities.

7. Other legal related work as directed by Group.
