Job Description : - Managing secretarial and statutory compliances and providing accurate and timely information and advices to the Management. - Managing end to end of Board Meetings and Annual General Meetings - Maintaining Statutory books, registers, filing financial statements in XBRL with ROC including coordination - Preparing various legal documents, monitoring changes in relevant legislations and regulatory environment, and taking up appropriate actions. - Liasoning with external regulations, lawyers, institutional investors and auditors. - Developing and overseeing the system that ensure company complies with all applicable legislations.
