We have an immediate opening with a 400 Crore Indian Pesticide Company, which is headquartered in Gurgaon & has Manufacturing Facilities in Goa & Rajasthan.

Position : Company Secretary

Qualification Needed : CS and LLB

Experience : Min. 8 years

CTC : 12 - 15 Lakhs

Location : Gurgaon

Industry : Manufacturing

Knowledge of FEMA is a must

Its a 6 day working week. Responsible for drafting, vetting, negotiating and execution of Commercial Contracts and other legal documents such as MoUs, Tenders

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Handling all Legal matters for the company.

Handling all contract drafting.

Responsible for drafting, vetting, negotiating and execution of Commercial Contracts and other legal documents.

Ensuring secretarial compliances.

Independently handling legal affairs of the company.

Evaluate legal and compliance issues.
