Role & Responsibilities :

1. Secretarial Activities

2. Understanding of company laws.

3. compliances under the Companies Act, 2013 including Board / Committee / General Meetings, filing of returns, maintenance of statutory records and registers, etc

4. Preparation and support on Board presentations

5. Should have sound knowledge of FEMA provisions/FDI Policy

6. Ensure all other statutory compliances as stipulated under applicable corporate laws like RBI, FEMA, POSH, Factory related compliances etc.

7. As head of legal function, provide legal support and advice to management team in India on day-to-day business issues in order to secure and protect the rights and interests of the organization as well as mitigate future risks.

8. Drafting, reviewing, negotiating and finalizing various types of legal documents like customer / vendor contracts, lease deeds, affidavits, indemnities, POA, NDA, etc.

9. Handling LC and BG related topics

10. Managing company tools related to compliance and contract management and ensure we are following the same

11. Supporting on Internal audit matters

12. Render legal advice on various labor, employment and HR related matters.

13. Support to Company's Compliance Manager in Compliance related topics like antitrust and anti-corruption.

14. Manage Real Estate and Insurance functions.

15. Supporting adhoc management topic
