Company Secretary - LLB - Conglomerate

We have been given the mandate for urgent & immediate recruitment of - COMPANY SECRETARY- for a Tata Group company for Kolkata.

- An ideal candidate must be a Company Secretary from Institute of Company Secretaries of India with around 12-15 years of experience as Company Secretary and with at least 4-5 years in some reputed and professional managed company.

- A degree in Law (LLB) with MBA will be preferred.

- Age should be between 40 to 45 years

- Must have exposure/worked in IPO.

- Compensation will be very attractive and not a constraint for the right candidate.
