Company Secretary of the organization

- Anchor of Corporate Governance for the organization. To ensure a strong Corporate Governance framework is in place

- Getting organization IPO ready. As and when the decision on taking up IPO takes place, leading that crucial initiative from Secretarial function point of view

- Checking & ensuring secretarial compliance with all applicable laws including RBI Regulations, SEBI, MCA and other compliances Handling Secretarial and Reserve Bank on India audit independently.

Qualification & Experience:

- Min 14 years of work experience of which atleast 7-8 years must be in NBFC/HFC/MFI in the current job.

- Experience in Listed NBFC and experience in IPO listing or preparing the company for IPO is preferred

- CS - 2010 or earlier pass out is a must.
