- To take care of all Company Secretarial activities of the Company

- Identifies the business objectives of commercial / licensing / consulting transactions, related issues and facilitates risk/benefit analysis, reviews, drafts and negotiates major account agreements, consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers

- Reviews, drafts and negotiates major account agreements, consulting agreements, special licensing, non-disclosure agreements, terms and amendments for customers;

- Maintains a deep understanding of contracts, legal risk and liability, and advises senior management on contractual responsibilities;

Requirement

- ACS with Law graduate from a college of repute

- 10+ years of high quality professional experience preferably in a MNC environment.
